The Space:
You won’t find another house in town with a private patio, hot tub, and game room. All of this and it’s walkable to every hotspot in downtown nashville. Barely a stones throw from the best pizza place (BroZinnis and big woods pizza) and a beautiful beer garden!

You will have access to the whole house as well as the basement and private patio. The laundry is in the basement.

Location & Things to Do
Our rental house is located right in downtown Nashville, Indiana! This is the perfect rental location if you are visiting Brown Country.
That House on 12 South is within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. You can park your car for your entire stay and just walk to the local food place and stores.
Or we're just a seven minute drive to Brown County State Park!

BRONZINNIS
Located directly across the street from the house, it is one of our favorite pizza places! Their breadsticks are the biggest we have ever seen!
HOB KNOB
This has been a staple in Brown County since before the owners of the house were born! I recommend the black bean soup.
OOEY GOOEY CINNAMON ROLL
A delightful option with tons of choices for breakfast- just get there early since there is often a line.
BIRD'S NEST
Great food for both lunch and breakfast.

HARD TRUTH HILLS
You can't beat the ambiance of this bar!
RAFTERS
Located in the Seasons lodge, this bar has great drinks (I recommend the pickle Bloody Mary) AND great food!
SALT CREEK WINERY
A fun and quaint place to do a tasting.

Open during the nice months, often has live music to enjoy.

BROWN COUNTY PLAYHOUSE
The Brown County House puts on both movies and plays that you can purchase tickets to go watch! The playhouse is an easy walk from the house.
BROWN COUNTY STATE PARK
Did you know that BC state park is the largest in Indiana?! You do not want to miss out on visiting while you're here. This is one sight that requires a short drive, but there is ample parking once you arrive.
SHOPPING
Obviously, you can't come to Brown County without doing some shopping! Every store you could want is within walking distance!
