This will be my first ever blog post, and I don't really know what I'm doing so bear with me!
Now that we are in mid October, Brown County is in "peak season"šš. I grew up in Brown County and never understood why so many people flocked to it when fall rolled around, but as an adult, I totally get it. The fall foliage is truly remarkable. I went to Maine in the fall last year which also has some spectacular foliage, but I still think that Brown County is even more beautiful.
If you are going to visit, you might as well book a home in the heart of Nashville where an entire large group can stay so you can all enjoy the beauty together. 12 South is the perfect spot for this since we are literally walking distance to everything in town. Not only that, you can come relax in the hot tub on your very private patio after a long hike. Since I am from Nashville, I am able to answer any questions that may pop up about the area and give insider tips as well. After all, I spent 9 of my 18 formative years navigating the area.
Here is a picture outside Michaels Flowers which is just up the street from 12 South. They always have the most gorgeous flowers and home decor.
